Help Seniors In Southern Nevada Tear Down The Justice Barrier

Our seniors’ legal needs are great and in many instances their time is short. For many of our seniors, access to legal services can mean the difference between poverty and financial security. To ensure we continue to provide legal services at no-cost to our rapidly growing senior population we ask for your assistance.

The Southern Nevada Senior Law Program is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization (Tax ID #453662698). All donations are tax-deductible.

Please make a financial contribution to help SLP help more seniors. Based on demand for services and available capacity, some vulnerable older adults may have to wait up to 6 months for an appointment with an attorney. Suggested giving levels:

  • $1000 Supports two Health Care Power of Attorney clinics for 20 seniors
  • $600 Supports eviction matter assistance for 3 seniors
  • $300 Supports helping 1 senior receiving guidance to stop elder exploitation
  • $150 Supports educational outreach to low-income seniors in groups of 10-30 attendees
  • Other – Any amount is appreciated and meaningful
